Peyton is the adopt child of Larry and Anna Sawyer. Her real parents is Mick (a musician) and Ellie. At the time she was born, her real parents wasn't ready to have her so they gave her to someone else. She also have a half-brother, Derek. She is Brooke Davis' best friend since they were 10. She's tired of having an on-off relationship with Nathan so she dumped him. Her first met with Lucas is on the driveway where she almost run over Lucas with her Comet car. After, she was broken up with Nathan, she and Lucas almost made out at Nathan's party. Only then she learnt that she and Lucas wanted a different things.When she realise her real feeling towards Lucas, it's too late. She made a terrible mistake by sneaking out behind Brooke with Lucas. Their friendship is shattered. She's going through so much in her life and the remarkable tragedy was when she was shot at school shooting and being attacked by Psycho Derek. She is really into a punk music and she has abundant of music record in her room. She's also a good artist. She also had a live web cam named Punk and Disorderly. She's became a mother at 18 just the day of their graduation.She used to be a singer during her school time. Then, she's became a teacher at Tree Hill High School.
